The role requires a Bachelor's in Medical Laboratory Technology, hospital internship, and licensure exam success (ASCP/NCA/ASCLT). Candidates should be detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, and comfortable with diverse lab departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology from an accredited institution.
• Hospital internship completed.
• Successful completion of the registration exam of a nationally recognized licensing agency (ASCP, NCA, ASCLT).
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Detail-oriented and well organized.
• Good manual dexterity and color vision.
