• Active Illinois RN license and current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments for assigned patients using age-specific criteria.
• Develop and update care plans with input from the care team.
• Coordinate with physicians and staff to ensure safe, effective care.
• Administer medications and treatments per facility policy.
• Document care, patient responses, and teaching provided.
• Participate in discharge planning and patient education.
• Communicate status changes to the care team promptly.
• Ensure adherence to Standards of Care and OSHA policies.
