Central Maine Medical Center Inc in Maine is hiring a Registered Nurse for Medical-Surgical. Full-time, day shifts with night shift available; schedule: 3 x 12-hour shifts. Pay range: $36.00-$49.16/hour, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus for new graduate RNs and up to $20,000 for experienced RNs with 2+ years.

Available at Bridgton Hospital, Rumford Hospital, and CMMC. Responsibilities include delivering safe patient care, using the nursing process, and coordinating with physicians.

Competenze

• Current and valid state RN License.
• BLS certificate on hire and maintain current.
• ACLS certificate within 30 days of hire and maintain current.
• Previous Acute Care hospital experience preferred.
• Ventilator Management experience preferred.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Mansioni

• Deliver safe patient care utilizing the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Provide direct patient care within the Medical/Surgical Unit and communicate changes to physicians.
• Educate patient and family; supervise and guide nursing staff as needed.
