Job summary

Central Maine Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for its Medical Surgical unit. Schedule features Day and Night shifts with 3 x 12-hour shifts. Available locations include Bridgton Hospital, Central Maine Medical Center, and Rumford Hospital.

Pay ranges from $36.00 to $49.16 per hour, with a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates. New Graduate RNs are eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Gross pay is quoted per 12-hour shift, with overtime paid per applicable law.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state RN License.
• Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• Current ACLS certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current preferred.
• Previous Acute Care hospital experience preferred.
• Ventilator Management experience preferred.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe patient care using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Provide direct patient care within the scope of practice and coordinate with physicians.
• Direct and guide patient/family teaching and activities of other nursing personnel.
