Qualifications

• An RN with an Associate Degree or RN diploma is required.
• A Bachelor’s degree in nursing is preferred.
• At least 1 year of applicable nursing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care and ensure high-quality patient-centered care during shifts.
• Collaborate with management to shape nursing care and policies.
• Assist with admissions and discharges to support throughput.
• Supervise staff and participate in interviewing and training.
• Manage scheduling and staffing within productivity guidelines.
• Support inventory control and supplies management.
