Job summary

Del Sol Medical Center, part of Las Palmas Del Sol Healthcare, seeks a Clinical Nurse Coordinator to lead bedside care and coordinate unit activities in El Paso, TX. You will guide nursing teams, ensure adherence to care standards, and support department performance with a patient-first focus.

ACLS, BLS, and PALS must be obtained within 30 days. RN with an Associate Degree and at least 1 year of nursing experience is preferred. No travel required.

Qualifications

• RN (Registered Nurse) with an Associate Degree.
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS within 30 days of start date.
• No travel required; 1 year nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care during shifts.
• Monitor and evaluate nursing care per policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with management to improve outcomes and staff engagement.
• Assist with staff scheduling and labor management.
• Support inventory control and equipment management.
• Provide guidance on interviewing, training, and performance evaluations.
