Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires active state licensure/certification in EMT or nursing.
• Experience with clinical or hospital setting (2 years).
• Knowledge of plasma donation industry regulations or manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Determine donor eligibility including informed consent and medical history interview.
• Evaluate donor reactions and manage medical emergencies per SOPs.
• Review laboratory results and notify donors of unsuitable tests.
• Provide center-level support for EHS and Medical Affairs guidance.
