Job summary

Limitless Male Medical Clinic is seeking a Medical Support Specialist (MSS) to provide vital clinical support, ensure accurate documentation, and uphold a high-touch patient experience. You will work closely with Providers and the care team to maintain clinic flow and patient comfort.

The role requires relevant certification/licensure, multitasking, and strong communication skills to support exams, procedures, and follow-up care within scope of practice.

Qualifications

• Certification/licensure as Medical Assistant or Nursing required, per state regulations.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced clinic.
• Compassionate and professional patient interactions.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills; precise documentation.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients to exam rooms and obtain accurate vitals.
• Assist with treatments and medications as directed by the Provider.
• Support procedures including lab work and specialty treatments.
• Assist with check-in, check-out and scheduling to maintain clinic flow.
• Support front office or administrative tasks as needed.
