Job summary

Limitless Male Medical in the United States is seeking a Medical Support Specialist (RN/LPN/MA) to deliver safe, efficient, patient-centered clinical support. The MSS guides patients from check-in through visit, ensuring accurate vitals, documentation, and smooth clinic flow.

This PRN role requires flexibility and a team-first mindset, with responsibilities spanning direct patient care, patient communication, and collaboration with Providers and care staff.

Qualifications

• Certification requirement: Medical Assistant Certification or Nursing Licensure per state requirements and in good standing.
• Ability to multitask and work in fast-paced environment.
• Provide compassionate and professional patient interactions.
• Think quickly and resolve patient concerns.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients to exam rooms and obtain accurate vitals.
• Perform treatments and administer medications as directed by the Provider.
• Assist with procedures including lab work and specialty treatment.
• Assist with patient check-in, check-out, and scheduling support as needed to maintain clinic flow.
• Support front office or administrative tasks when clinic demand requires.
• Build rapport and provide reassurance during patient interactions.
• Communicate clearly about procedures and next steps.
• Support a comfortable, respectful, and professional environment.
• Educate patients at a high level on treatment processes, next steps, and general expectations (within scope).
• Reinforce patient understanding of their care journey and support follow-up questions appropriately.
• Build rapport with patients to create a comfortable, trusting clinical environment.
• Engage with patients regarding their experience and support continuity of care.
• Ensure accurate, timely charting and documentation.
• Follow all protocols for medication administration and lab processing.
• Maintain compliance with clinical standards and safety practices.
• Support efficient patient flow and minimize wait times.
• Collaborate with Providers, PRCs, and PEMs for seamless care delivery.
• Assist with clinic readiness, stocking, and organization.
• Step in to support other roles as needed to maintain patient flow and clinic efficiency.
• Assist with cross-functional tasks (within scope of training and licensure) to support team success.
• Contribute to a collaborative, team-first environment where patient needs come first.
