Job summary

The Limitless Male Medical Clinic is seeking a Medical Support Specialist to provide patient-centered clinical support. You will assist patients to exam rooms, obtain vitals, support procedures, and help maintain accurate documentation, ensuring a smooth visit under the supervision of Providers.

Qualifications

• Certification in Medication Aide, Phlebotomy, Nursing, or Paramedic as per state requirements.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Compassionate and professional patient interactions.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients to exam rooms and obtain vitals.
• Perform treatments and administer medications as directed by the Provider.
• Assist with procedures including lab work and specialty treatment.
• Assist with patient check-in, check-out, and scheduling support to maintain clinic flow.
• Support front office or administrative tasks when clinic demand requires.
• Maintain accurate charting and documentation.
• Collaborate with Providers and care team to ensure seamless care delivery.
