Job summary

Limitless Male Medical Clinic is seeking a Medical Support Specialist (RN or LPN) to join our Medical Operations team. The MSS will deliver patient-centered clinical support, assist with exams, treatments, labs, and documentation, and help ensure a smooth visit experience.

The role requires flexibility, teamwork, and strong clinical skills to support providers and keep the clinic running efficiently while upholding Limitless Way standards of care.

Qualifications

• Certification in nursing per state requirements.
• Ability to work in fast-paced clinical settings.
• Strong patient interaction and communication skills.
• Demonstrated attention to detail in clinical tasks.
• Team player with adaptability and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients to exam rooms and obtain vitals.
• Perform treatments and administer medications as directed.
• Assist with procedures including lab work and specialty treatments.
• Assist with check-in/check-out and scheduling to maintain flow.
• Support front office or administrative tasks when needed.
• Build rapport and educate patients about procedures and expectations.
• Ensure accurate charting and documentation in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with Providers and medical team to ensure seamless care.
