Job summary

Limitless Male Medical Clinic is seeking a Medical Support Specialist (CMA/Paramedic/RN/LPN) to deliver safe, efficient clinical support and compassionate patient care. You will assist with vitals, treatments, lab work, and administrative tasks while collaborating with the care team to maintain smooth clinic flow.

High-quality documentation, accurate medication administration, and a patient-first approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Certification in CMA, nursing, or paramedic per state requirements.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic environment.
• Customer service excellence with professional patient interactions.
• Problem-solving and attention to detail in clinical tasks.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills for teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients to exam rooms and obtain accurate vitals.
• Perform treatments and administer medications as directed by the Provider.
• Assist with procedures including lab work and specialty treatment.
• Assist with patient check-in, check-out, and scheduling support to maintain clinic flow.
• Support front office or administrative tasks when clinic demand requires.
• Build rapport and provide reassurance during patient interactions.
• Communicate clearly about procedures and next steps.
• Educate patients on treatment processes, next steps, and expectations (within scope).
• Ensure accurate, timely charting and documentation.
• Follow protocols for medication administration and lab processing.
• Maintain compliance with clinical standards and safety practices.
• Support efficient patient flow and minimize wait times.
• Collaborate with Providers, PRCs, and PEMs for seamless care delivery.
• Assist with clinic readiness, stocking, and organization.
• Step in to support other roles as needed to maintain patient flow and clinic efficiency.
• Contribute to a collaborative, team-first environment where patient needs come first.
