Job summary

Terrestris LLC is recruiting a Medical Support Assistant to support the Veteran community in Glendale, Colorado. This role is Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm (MST), located at 4100 E Mississippi Ave, Glendale, CO 80246.

The position requires US work authorization, 6 months of customer service experience, and proficiency with MS Word/Excel/Outlook. You will handle patient check-ins via ISS, respond to inquiries, and maintain accurate demographics while supporting HIPAA-compliant clinic operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience.
• Oral and written proficiency with English.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Office.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internal and external customer requests in a courteous, professional, cooperative, and helpful manner.
• Answer the phone and follow telephone etiquette; collect information before transferring calls.
• Check-in of all patients via Integrated Scheduling Solution (ISS).
• Serve as Patient Relations Representative; listen to feedback and resolve concerns tactfully.
• Manage and complete assigned work; maintain efficient workflow; update patient demographics.
• Open and close clinics daily; monitor faxes and mail per HIPAA standards.
