Pay Range: $42,591.00/yr - $77,512.00/yr (based on skills and experience)
The Medical Supply Technician (Sterile Processing) supports decontamination, preparation, sterilization, disinfection, and distribution of critical and semi-critical reusable medical devices (RMD). They follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for processing RMDs, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
Monday - Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm
Basic requirements include six months of relevant experience or education in healthcare-related courses. Higher grades require more experience and knowledge of sterilization procedures and medical terminology. Certification is not mandatory but preferred for higher levels.
Work involves standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in environments that can be hot, cold, or noisy. PPE is required.
