Job summary

Qualifications

• Comprehensive understanding of LCME accreditation policy.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs and dean's office database management programs and web-based applications.
• 3+ years experience coordinating an educational program(s) in an academic medical center.
• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Presents ideas clearly for oral or written audiences; active listening and information sharing.
• Ability to manage confidential information discreetly and follow FERPA regulations.
• Open to change and new information; adapt methods accordingly.
• High initiative and independent judgement.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate fourth-year medical student electives, undergraduate clinical and research opportunities.
