• Experience coordinating medical student education and clerkships.
• Knowledge of hospital policies, FERPA and PHI requirements.
• Ability to analyze data and report on outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Acting Internship coordination – monthly rotations; scheduling and onboarding.
• Medical student clerkship coordination – quarterly rotations; assignments and directives.
• Coordinate Internal Medicine Interest Group events and recruitment efforts.
• Support MSTP Clinical Director onboarding and OSCE planning.
• Liaise with Case Western Reserve educators and affiliated hospitals for alignment.
• Prepare letters of recommendation and residency applications (>100 per season).
• Collect and report data on student assessment, achievement and teaching productivity.
• Support scholarly activities in Clerkship and Acting Internship education.
