The role requires an advanced degree in a scientific field, 8+ years in life sciences, and strong oncology-related Medical Affairs experience. Travel up to 25% may be required, with US-remote work options.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field is required; PharmD, PhD, MD, DO or equivalent strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in pharma/biotech/healthcare or life sciences.
• Medical Affairs experience required; oncology experience strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serve as medical director for assigned prostate cancer projects and provide medical leadership.
• Develop Medical Affairs strategic plans aligned with brand imperatives and cross-functional input.
• Coordinate Medical Affairs activities with external alliance partners and internal teams.
• Provide input into development of Medical Affairs plans and scientific platforms.
• Engage with cross-functional partners to align medical strategy with internal tactics.
• Support multimodal medical education channels including publications, congresses, and advisory boards.
• Develop and implement detailed scientific publication plans.
• Engage with scientific leaders and KOLs to advance projects.
