Qualifications

• Certification in provider credentialing within 1 year of hire.
• Minimum 5 years executive/administrative work in a medical staff office.
• Minimum 3 years coordination with administrators, upper level managers, medical staff officers and physician practices.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory or lead experience.
• Minimum 2 years experience with MDStaff or similar credentialing software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee credentialing and privileging processes for the medical staff services team.
• Coordinate CME, medical staff governance and related regulatory activities.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and accreditation standards.
