Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Obtain documents/verification for initial appointment and reappointment including credentials, licensure, education, training and experience.
• Transition from paper process to MD Staff.
• Support onboarding and new provider orientation.
• Attend Medical Staff Meetings and prepare minutes.
