Job summary

San Ramon Regional Medical Center is seeking a Part Time Medical Staff Coordinator to manage credentialing and re-credentialing for physicians and allied health professionals. You will coordinate with Medical Staff, Administration and the Governing Board, ensuring compliance with bylaws, rules, and regulatory mandates, and assist with TJC survey preparation.

The role requires an Associate's degree in Business or Healthcare Administration or equivalent experience, plus strong communication,

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field is required, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Credentialing and re-credentialing documentation management for medical staff.
• Coordinate with Medical Staff and Administration for approvals.
• Assist with JCO/CMS readiness and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain credentialing database and track expiring licensure.
• Prepare meeting materials and take minutes for relevant committees.
• Support budget tracking and monthly reporting.
