Job summary

LightRx is seeking a Clinic Director for our Nashville/Murfreesboro location to lead daily operations and drive top-line results. You will supervise a team of 3–4 estheticians, guide consultations across services from laser treatments to skincare, and secure financing options for clients to close sales.

The role offers a base salary starting at $65,000 with an uncapped monthly bonus and health benefits. Growth opportunities and advancement are available in a fast-growing aesthetic services

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in the cosmetic/medspa industry.
• 2+ years managing a sales team with a track record of hitting goals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized while assisting clients.
• Energetic, friendly, high-energy approach and passion for great service.

Responsibilities

• Lead consultations for our full range of services including laser lipo, body contouring, laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, tightening, cosmetic injections, GLP-1 weight loss, and peptide therapy.
• Close sales by building rapport, explaining treatment options, overcoming objections, and preparing financing agreements with lenders like CareCredit.
• Grow revenue from existing clients by introducing new services and building treatment plans.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 3–4 estheticians to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Deliver a warm, five-star client experience from check-in to checkout.
• Keep the clinic clean, organized, and professional.
• Spot opportunities to improve treatment offerings and client experience and recommend changes.

What we offer

• Base salary starting at $65,000, depending on experience

What you'll do

As Clinic Director, you'll own the day-to-day operations and results of the clinic:

• Lead consultations for our full range of services, including laser lipo and body contouring, laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, skin tightening, cosmetic injections, GLP-1 weight loss, and peptide therapy, along with our skincare line
• Close sales by building rapport, explaining treatment options with confidence, overcoming objections, and preparing financing agreements with lenders such as CareCredit
• Grow revenue from existing clients by introducing new services and building treatment plans that keep them coming back
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 3–4 estheticians to meet and exceed sales goals
• Deliver a warm, five-star client experience, from check-in to checkout
• Keep the clinic clean, organized, and professional
• Spot opportunities to improve treatment offerings and the client experience, and recommend changes

What you'll bring

• 2+ years of sales experience in the cosmetic, plastic surgery, medspa, or spa industry (required)
• 2+ years managing a sales team, with a track record of hitting or beating goals
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a polished, professional presence
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and solve problems independently while staying attentive to clients
• An enthusiastic, friendly, high-energy approach and a genuine passion for great service
• Weekend availability: the clinic is open Monday–Friday 9:00am–6:00pm and Saturday 10:00am–3:00pm (closed Sunday)
