Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus, OH is seeking a Medical Social Worker, Fostering Connections. The role focuses on coordinating care for patients with complex medical and behavioral health needs, supporting families, and promoting social and emotional well-being.

You will work within an interdisciplinary team, ensure NASW ethics, maintain Ohio LSW licensure, and utilize EHR systems to document plans, assessments, and referrals while guiding families toward community resources.

Competenze

• BSW degree required; LSW licensure in Ohio required.
• Experience in healthcare and patient-facing roles preferred; EHR experience required.
