• CHSOS certification preferred.
• IT background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain simulation-based technologies and related equipment to support simulation activities.
• Assist with role playing and moulage applications.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment and generate reports as requested.
• Engage in educational endeavors supporting NICE’s mission and operations, including instruction of AHA and other courses.
• Maintain current knowledge of simulation technologies and best practices.
• Provide training and technical support to NICE team members and faculty in using simulation equipment and technology.
• Monitor cost-effective use of material resources and recommend purchases as needed.
• Facilitate preventive maintenance and coordinate with manufacturers to minimize downtime.
• Support community outreach through tours, recruitment efforts, PR activities, and education initiatives.
