Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• Minimum one year of healthcare experience/medical background required.
• Knowledge of medical terminology required.
• BLS Instructor certification through the American Heart Association required upon hire.
• NREMT-B certification preferred.
• PALS Instructor certified preferred.
• ACLS Instructor certified preferred.
• CHSOS certification preferred.
• IT background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain simulation-based technologies, computers, audiovisual systems, and related equipment to support simulation-based activities.
• Assist with role playing and moulage applications.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment; generate reports as requested.
• Provide training and technical support to NICE team members and stakeholders on simulation equipment use.
• Engage in ongoing education to keep up with simulation trends and best practices.
• Support community outreach through tours, recruitment efforts, PR activities, and educational initiatives.
• Monitor maintenance schedules and coordinate with manufacturers to minimize downtime.
• Assist with delivering AHA and other simulation-based courses as applicable.
