Job summary

Bering-Alaka‘ina Holdings, LLC is seeking a Medical/Human Patient Simulation Operator to support USAFSAM training in Cincinnati, Ohio. Responsibilities include operating high‑fidelity simulators, supporting LMS and AV systems, and developing validation metrics for team training.

Qualifications include NRP, BLS‑HCP, 5+ years clinical experience, and knowledge of Laerdal/Gaumard/CAE systems. Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to lift and move equipment.

Qualifications

• Current and maintain a National Registered Paramedic (NRP) certification.
• Paramedic knowledge (with RN level preferred) to manipulate physiological data.
• BLS‑HCP certification must be maintained.
• Five years of clinical experience in military or civilian settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise and support on operating a high‑fidelity patient simulator system.
• Assist in developing metrics to validate a simulation‑based team‑training program.
• Support LMS and A/V solutions for viewing and evaluating learner performance.
• Conduct pre/post simulation evaluation and data collection to assess performance.
• Prepare training environments and recover equipment between training events.
• Create training materials, checklists, and lesson plans for simulation equipment.
• Assist with train‑the‑trainer activities and basic equipment troubleshooting.
• Attend strategic planning meetings to improve the patient simulation course experience.
