Job summary

Bering-Alaka‘ina Holdings, LLC in Cincinnati, OH seeks a Medical/Human Patient Simulation Operator to support USAFSAM. Operate high-fidelity simulators, manage LMS/AV tasks, and help design realistic training scenarios to improve medical team performance.

Role involves data collection, validation metrics, and equipment maintenance. Requires paramedic certification (NRP), BLS-HCP, and five years of clinical experience; U.S. citizenship preferred.

Qualifications

• Current and maintain a National Registered Paramedic (NRP) certification.
• Paramedic equivalent medical knowledge (with RN level preferred) to manipulate physiological data and interpret participants' responses.
• Hold Basic Life Support-Health Care Provider (BLS-HCP) certification.
• Five years of clinical experience in military or civilian setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise operating high-fidelity simulators and validate training metrics.
• Support LMS/AV solutions to view and evaluate learner performance during training.
• Develop simulation scenarios and analyze team performance pre/post-simulation.
• Manage digital video recording and maintenance of equipment.
• Assist in daily operations of the simulation training program.
• Create training and maintenance materials per program guidance.
