Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a medically credentialed instructor to provide high-fidelity medical training and operational support in a Medical Simulation Training Center (MSTC). You will operate simulation systems, maintain certifications, and ensure training aligns with performance standards.

The role includes instructing Combat Medic and Combat Lifesaver courses to non-medical personnel and delivering standardized training to diverse learners in a structured environment.

Qualifications

• Former 68W or 18D NCO, Advanced Leader Course (ALC) graduate.
• Former Navy NEC 8404 or Navy Independent Duty Corpsman, E-6 or above.
• Former Air Force 4NOX1 or Aerospace Medical Service (4NOX1), E-6 or above.
• Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN), Physician Assistant (PA), or Physician (MD/DO).
• National Registry Emergency Medical Technician (NREMT) at the EMT level or higher.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide medically credentialed instruction and operational support in a Medical Simulation Training Center (MSTC) environment.
• Deliver standardized, high-fidelity medical training.
• Operate simulation systems and maintain certifications.
• Support training execution in accordance with contractual performance standards.
• Instruct Combat Medic and Combat Lifesaver training to non-medical personnel.
