Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a medically credentialed instructor to support a Medical Simulation Training Center in Minnesota. You will deliver TC3 training across all tiers and instruct 68W Combat Medic sustainment and CLS programs for non-medical personnel, while maintaining instructor-to-student ratios.

You will maintain training records, student evaluations, and AAR documentation, participate in QCP activities, and assist with MSR data.

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate and instruct within a Medical Simulation Training Center environment.
• Ability to manage instructor-to-student ratios and maintain current certifications.
• Experience documenting training records and evaluations in a formal setting.
• Familiarity with high-fidelity scenario development and moulage techniques is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide medically credentialed instruction and operational support in an MSTC.
• Deliver TC3 training across all four tiers.
• Instruct 68W Combat Medic sustainment and CLS training for non-medical personnel.
• Maintain proper instructor-to-student ratios.
• Support a projected throughput of at least 2,500 68W students annually across MSTC sites.
• Operate MSTC systems and configure realistic training scenarios.
• Contribute to Monthly Staffing Report data as required.
• Maintain training records, student evaluations, and AAR documentation.
• Participate in Quality Control Plan activities and keep all certifications current.
