Job summary

Summit Technologies LLC seeks a Medical Instructor/Operator to deliver high‑fidelity medical training and operate simulation systems at Army MSTCs. You will integrate instruction, scenario development, and equipment support to meet contract requirements.

Responsibilities include conducting TC3/CLS/MEDIC courses, assessing student performance, and developing realistic medical scenarios while maintaining readiness of TADSS and related devices.

Qualifications

• Nationally Registered Paramedic (NRP) maintained throughout contract.
• Credentialed instructors per American Red Cross or MEDCoE requirements.
• One of the following service branches/ranks is required (see above).
• Ensure annual TC 8-800 certification updates.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led medical training in classroom, field, and simulated environments.
• Conduct training aligned with TC3, CLS, MEDIC, and other medical programs.
• Provide Instructor/Operator support for MSTC training events and courses.
• Execute training in individual and collective environments, including battlefield simulation.
