Job summary

You will help clients develop high‑quality medical training, support curricular planning and courseware use (SimStore), and tailor training to each learner's stage and goals.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate must reside within a 60-mile radius of Seattle, WA.
• BS or equivalent in a medical discipline.
• BA or equivalent in teaching & education.
• 3-5 years’ experience in clinical practice or teaching.
• Experience with Laerdal’s high fidelity simulators.
• Clinical education and/or healthcare environment experience; license/certification e.g. NREMT or RN.
• Medical computer or simulation-based training.

Responsibilities

• Learning Needs Assessment: Evaluates client educational goals and training requirements.
• Product & Solutions Expertise: Demonstrates strong knowledge of the Laerdal Education Services portfolio and benefits.
• Consultative Recommendations: Advises clients on appropriate products and programs to enhance training capabilities.
