Job summary

The University of Cincinnati College of Medicine invites applications for a full-time Program Manager in the Simulation Center. This role supports day-to-day operations, payroll for standardized patients, and Clinical Skills Lab coordination to ensure effective simulation-based medical education.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of independent work within a team, with 3+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 7 years of relevant experience may substitute for education.
• 3+ years of relevant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll processes for Standardized Patients (independent contractors).
• Create and renew Personal Services Contracts.
• Track timesheets and enter hours into the Sim Center database.
• Set up direct deposit information and update W-9 forms.
• Prepare end-of-year reports and assist with invoices.
• Coordinate scheduling of Clinical Skills Lab programs with coordinators.
• Maintain Clinical Skills Lab and equipment; prepare labs for activities.
• Retrieve and restock laundry; coordinate with Program Coordinator.
