Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Register new patients in the computer system and schedule appointments.
• Prepare patient correspondence and provide secretarial support during office hours.
• Process medical documents into patient charts and obtain authorizations/referrals.
• Maintain accurate patient information and assist with insurance and balances.
