RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse for the Burn Care ICU in Livingston, NJ. This full-time day shift position offers three 12.5-hour shifts and a 37.5-hour work week, with weekend/holiday rotation.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of critical care experience, NJ RN licensure, and certifications in IV therapy, BLS, ACLS, PALS/APLS/ENPC. EPIC EMR experience is preferred.

Qualificações

• Active New Jersey Registered Nurse license in good standing.
• I.V. certification within 90 days of hire to the unit; BLS required; ACLS/PALS/APLS/ENPC may be required.
• 2+ years ICU/CCU experience strongly preferred; EPIC EMR experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and recognize clinical changes, intervening early.
• Administer safe, evidence-based medications and hands-on care.
• Collaborate with physicians and advanced providers for timely care decisions.
• Educate patients and families for continuity of care.
• Document accurately in the EMR to support patient safety.
