Chicago ENT - Advanced Center for Specialty Care is seeking a full-time Medical Scribe to document patient visits in real time and support the Medical Director and Lead Medical Assistant with clinical and administrative tasks. The role may include evenings or weekends and requires standing, walking between offices, and light lifting.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more of experience as a medical scribe
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical practices
• Proficiency with electronic health records systems and documentation

Responsabilités

• Document patient visits, history, exam and treatment plans in real time.
• Ensure medical records are accurately recorded in the EHR.
• Transcribe dictated notes and patient reports.
• Communicate with patients and families as needed.
• Assist with scheduling, telehealth, and calendar management for the Medical Director.
• Cross‑cover Triage to route calls and answer treatment questions.
• Participate in meetings and trainings; engage in clinical research activities.
