Job summary

ScribeAmerica is hiring on-site Medical Scribes to assist doctors by documenting patient visits in real time. You’ll record histories, exams, tests, and prescriptions, enabling physicians to focus on patient care.

Openings include both full-time and part-time roles with comprehensive training through Scribe University. Gain real-world clinical exposure while supporting a busy healthcare team across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Work with doctors during patient visits to document everything.
• Record patient history, exams and treatments.
• Use electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Review and track lab and test results.
• Follow HIPAA and other rules to keep records secure.
• Keep patient charts up to date and accurate.
• Send and organize documents for doctor review.
• Support the healthcare team with lab tracking and follow-ups.
