Job summary

ScribeAmerica in Meridian, MS is seeking motivated individuals to become medical scribes. No experience is required; you’ll receive paid training through Scribe University and gain hands-on clinical instruction.

Work alongside doctors to document patient visits, record histories, exams and treatments, and support the healthcare team with EHR systems. Both full-time and part-time roles are available with flexible scheduling and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Typing speed of 40+ WPM is expected.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking) with strong listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Document patient visits in real time alongside doctors.
• Record patient history, exams, and treatments.
• Use EHR systems to update patient charts.
• Review and track lab and test results.
• Follow HIPAA and keep records secure and up to date.
