Job summary

ScribeAmerica seeks motivated individuals in New Jersey for medical scribe roles. You will work with physicians to document patient visits, record histories and exams, and manage data in EHR systems. Training is provided, and positions offer both full-time and part-time schedules.

Eligibility requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 18+ years old, and U.S. work authorization. Strong English, listening, and communication skills are essential, with adherence to HIPAA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 18+ years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Typing speed of 40+ WPM; fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Work with doctors during patient visits to document everything.
• Record patient history, exams, and treatments.
• Use electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Review and track lab and test results.
• Follow HIPAA and other rules to keep records secure.
• Keep patient charts up to date and accurate.
• Send and organize documents for doctor review.
• Support the healthcare team with lab tracking and follow-ups.
• Help keep the clinic running smoothly.
