Job summary

Revo Health is seeking a part-time Medical Scribe at our Vadnais Heights location to document patient data into the EHR during visits and assist with patient care and administrative tasks. You will work a set morning schedule, Monday through Thursday, with occasional Thursday shifts as needed, supporting providers and the clinic workflow.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, familiarity with medical terminology, and the ability to follow coding guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent required.
• Understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology required.
• Knowledge of diagnostic procedures, pharmacology, and treatment assessments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Document patient data into electronic health records during patient visits.
• Ensure accuracy of patient information entered into the system.
• Follow coding requirements during entry of patient information.
• Retrieve data as needed related to the patient visit.
• Assist with preparation of exam rooms, patient data collection, and coordination of imaging when needed.
• Assist with clinical paperwork, calls to patients, and scheduling imaging studies.
