Job summary

Revo Health in Vadnais Heights seeks a part-time Medical Scribe to document patient data into our electronic health records system during visits and support clinical workflows. The role supports providers and helps improve efficiency and accuracy in patient records.

The Scribe will ensure accuracy, follow coding requirements, retrieve data for visits, and may assist with exam rooms, imaging, injections, and order entry under supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Understanding of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology.
• Knowledge of diagnostic procedures, pharmacology, and treatment assessments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Document patient data into electronic health records during visits.
• Ensure accuracy of patient information entered.
• Follow coding requirements when entering patient data.
• Retrieve data as needed for patient visits.
• With training, assist in exam room setup, patient rooming, and data collection.
• Assist with x-ray procurement and image orders.
• Enter medical orders in CPOE under provider supervision.
• Assist with medical supply inventory and clerical tasks.
