Job summary

Twin Cities Orthopedics, an operating division of Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health), seeks a Medical Scribe for our Vadnais Heights clinic. This part-time 0.5 position supports providers by documenting patient data in the EHR and assisting with care and related admin tasks during visits.

The role requires a high school diploma, knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, and familiarity with coding. Training is provided and a sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent required
• Understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology required
• Knowledge of diagnostic procedures, pharmacology, and treatment assessments preferred

Responsibilities

• Document patient data into electronic health records during visits
• Ensure accuracy of patient information entered into the system
• Follow coding requirements during entry of patient information
• Retrieve data as needed related to the patient visit
• Assist with exam rooms, imaging, casts, prescriptions, injections, and related tasks under supervision
• Support with administrative duties and patient communications
