Aufgaben

• Provides Patient Care.
• Assesses physicians’ schedules and organizes work to ensure timely and efficient patient flow.
• Calls and accompanies patient to exam/procedure room.
• Gathers information from patient regarding visit to provider and puts on computer.
• Performs screenings per provider guidelines, i.e., vital signs, height, weight, etc.
• Charts in EMR and prints forms as appropriate.
• Prepares patients for examination or procedure.
• Provides direct assistance to patients when needed, i.e., walk, transfer, dress, obtain specimens, etc.
• Assists providers and/or nursing staff with various procedures.
• Relays instructions to patients and families.
• Transports patients per wheelchair or cart when needed.
