Qualifications

• Fluent English required for patient interactions and documentation.
• Typing speed of 40+ WPM to ensure timely charting.
• Strong listening and communication skills essential for accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Work with doctors during patient visits to document everything.
• Record patient history, exams, and treatments.
• Review and track lab and test results.
• Follow HIPAA and other rules to keep records secure.
• Keep patient charts up to date and accurate.
• Send and organize documents for doctor review.
• Support the healthcare team with lab tracking and follow-ups.
• Help keep the clinic running smoothly.
