As a Medical Scribe, you will support providers by accurately documenting patient encounters in the electronic health record, gaining valuable experience in healthcare documentation and becoming part of the clinical team.

Responsibilities include documenting encounters, entering vital signs, medications, allergies, transcription support, and ensuring HIPAA compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Experience or education in a healthcare-related field preferred.
• Proficiency with EPIC and basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality required.

• Document patient encounters in the EHR with accuracy and completeness.
