Job summary

Rancho Health MSO, Inc. is seeking a Scribe in Ventura, CA. This full-time Technical PMG role supports Providers by transcribing patient visits with accuracy and detail, reviewing patient charts, and building problem lists within the EHR for high-quality care.

The position requires a High school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s preferred), and training in medical assisting or ascribe programs is preferred. Bilingual Spanish is a plus, with 40 hours per week and access to a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Successful completion of ascribe training or medical assisting program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transcribe patient visits with accurate and detailed information.
• Review and prepare patient charts prior to visits.
• Transcribe patient history, exam findings, and lab results as directed by the Provider.
• Prepare care plans and patient education documents.
• Communicate with care team on follow-up and orders.
• Maintain up-to-date patient information during visits.
