Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Medical Scribe Program or an equivalent combination of training, education and work experience.
• One or more years work experience in medical setting with knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and thoroughly document medical visits and procedures as they are performed by the physician.
• Dictation/faxing/phone calls and clerical tasks.
• Prepare referral letters as directed by the physician and ensure delivery.
