You will observe and document in the exam room, learn clinical workflows, and help close care gaps while aligning with multi-site teams.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of medical terminology and common medications.
• Prior clinical shadowing or volunteering preferred.
• Scribe or transcription experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Document patient encounters in real time with structured notes.
• Assign CPT and ICD-10 codes and prepare After Visit Summaries.
• Support clinical documentation improvement and review medical records as needed.
• Provide administrative support to the care team and coordinate referrals.
