Job summary

OrthoArizona in Phoenix seeks a Medical Scribe to support orthopedists by documenting patient visits in real time, ensuring accurate history, exam findings, and treatment plans. You will accompany surgeons in exam rooms and transcribe notes in the EHR.

• Accompany orthopedic surgeons in the exam room to document patient visits.
• Type detailed notes including History of Present Illness (HPI), physical examinations, imaging dictations, assessments, and treatment plans.
• Input diagnosis codes and office visit orders.
