Responsibilities

• Accompany orthopedic surgeons in the exam room to document patient visits.
• Type detailed notes including HPI, physical examinations, imaging dictations, assessments and treatment plans.
• Input diagnosis codes and office visit orders.
• Receive a letter of recommendation attesting to your dedication and skills for your future career.
