Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Medical Science Liaison in the Inflammation space for the Pacific Northwest. This field-based role involves 60–70% travel to engage with Opinion Leaders, community healthcare providers, and PHDMs to discuss and advance the scientific platform aligned with Amgen’s goals.

The MSL will communicate accurate, balanced clinical and economic data, support investigator-initiated studies, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Requires Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with Medical Affairs experience.
• 70% travel is typical for field-based MSL roles.
• Strong scientific communication and stakeholder engagement required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary scientific resource for OLs, HCPs, and PHDMs.
• Execute Amgen Medical and product strategy with rigorous scientific data.
• Engage with investigators and health systems to discuss data and outcomes.
• Lead scientific exchange and support sponsored research where applicable.
