Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Medical Science Liaison in the Pacific Northwest region. This field-based role involves engaging with Pulmonology, Allergy, ENT, and Gastroenterology providers to advance scientific and medical data related to Amgen’s inflammatory products.

The MSL will travel extensively (60-70%), support congress activities, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliant, balanced information. A doctorate or equivalent medical affairs experience is required.

Qualifications

• Doctorate, Master’s with Medical Affairs experience, or Bachelor’s with related experience.
• Demonstrated ability to discuss complex scientific data with healthcare professionals.
• Experience in Medical Affairs within biotech/pharmaceuticals is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with key opinion leaders and healthcare providers to communicate scientific data.
• Travel 60-70% to support territory activities and conferences.
• Collaborate with field teams to implement medical strategies and programs.
• Provide scientific insights to internal stakeholders to inform strategy.
• Support research activities, sponsor interactions, and data dissemination.
